Hosted Buyer Program
What is Hosted Buyer Program?
To ensure a successful partnering experience, the Hosted Buyer Program is designed to sponsor international buyers to participate in the exhibition and take the opportunity to meet and form partnership with new companies in Korea and other exhibitors around the world.
Buyer Invitation Program Sponsor
- Airfare: Airfare reimbursement up to USD500 per person, economy class only.
- Accommodation: 2 nights at a 4-star hotel designated by the organizer near COEX.
- Breakfast included
- Free admission and KOLS Networking Party
- Translation: If needed, translation will be provided for the buyers (under the condition of having partnered through Biz-Partnering program).

* Note: Buyers should book their own flights. Airfare reimbursement (up to USD 500 per person) will be processed after verification of the required supporting documents. Accommodation must be made at the hotel designated by the organizer.
Buyer Invitation Program Requirements
- Buyers must be a representative with authority to make purchase decisions. (CEO, executive, sourcing representative, etc.).
- Participation in the Biz-Partnering held during the exhibition (minimum of 3 business meetings)
- Participation in the KOLS 2026 Networking Party in the hall during the exhibition.

How to apply for the Buyer Invitation Program
A. Complete the Inquiry Form below and send it together with a copy of your business card to the Secretariat by July 31, 2026.

B. The Secretariat Office will review the submitted information and assess the applicant’s eligibility for the program.
C. Eligible applicants will receive detailed program information, qualification requirements, and the official application form in early August 2026.
D. Applicants who submit the official application form will be notified of the final selection results by the Secretariat Office.
E. Participate in KOREA LIFE SCIENCE WEEK 2026 (Sep. 21–22, 2026).
