CANORGAN™ is a 3D Tumor Microenvironment-on-a-Chip platform reconstructing patient-derived tumor microenvironments using tumor, immune, and stromal cells. For cancers such as pancreatic cancer, these models reproduce tumor?immune interactions and enable quantitative drug-response assessment. Single and combination therapies are assessed via time-resolved imaging, tumor viability and killing, immune infiltration, cytokine profiling, and flow cytometry. Results are standardized into Human Validation datasets and integrated with clinical, pathological, molecular, and cross-validation data. The AI platform built on these datasets extends to predicting drug response, responder status, and biomarker associations, supporting precision anticancer drug development.
