Product Name : Pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating ovotoxicity comprising paeoniae radix extracts as an active ingredientThis technology relates to natural product-based compositions using Paeonia extracts for enhancing ovarian function and preventing or treating premature ovarian failure. The extracts suppress ovarian cell death and intracellular ROS production induced by ovarian toxicity, while enhancing cell viability through activation of the PI3K/Akt pathway. Ethyl acetate fractionation effectively enriches active compounds such as friedelin, epifriedelanol, and stigmasterol.
