NBB-116 has demonstrated improvements in cognitive function and spatial memory in the 5xFAD Alzheimer's disease model, establishing preclinical proof of concept. The company is currently advancing its preclinical development, including efficacy, PK/BBB, safety, and CMC studies. NeuroBB also utilizes its proprietary AI-powered NeuroADMET platform to support the discovery and optimization of CNS drug candidates by evaluating key properties such as BBB permeability, pharmacokinetics, and safety.
