sGal-9 is GBIOLOGICS' proprietary recombinant protein platform engineered to overcome the proteolytic instability of endogenous Galectin-9. With enhanced stability and biological activity, it binds to CD44 on overactivated immune cells, regulates excessive immune responses, and restores immune homeostasis.
