KlothxoLabs Co., Ltd. is a bio-platform company aiming for the industrialization of PF4 (Platelet Factor 4)-based regenerative bio-signals. Differentiating itself from conventional general-purpose exosome approaches, we are building a platform that secures megakaryocyte (MK)-derived PF4-enriched regenerative signaling and implements it through standardized production processes and quantitative analysis systems.

KlothxoLabs is developing platform technology to stably secure and quantify PF4(Platelet Factor 4)-based functional signals derived from megakaryocytes (MK), with the goal of standardizing PF4-based regenerative bio-signals.
The core technology is a PF4 bio-signal standardization platform that includes establishing production conditions for PF4-high phenotype MKs, optimizing Key Differentiation Process Variables (CPPs), constructing PF4 quantification and batch comparability assays, and defining initial QC/IPC items.
Through this, we are ensuring the reproducibility and consistency of PF4-based regenerative signals and establishing a technological foundation scalable to various application formats.
