Curiosa Bioscience is a biotechnology company developing SNAP Technology™, a proprietary platform designed to engineer molecular interactions between lipids and therapeutic agents. By precisely combining lipid properties?including charge, hydrophobicity, head groups, carbon chain structures, and linkers?with the physicochemical characteristics of drugs, we aim to improve drug release, absorption, stability, and targeting. Our key research areas include long-acting injectables, oral peptide delivery, and lipid-based drug discovery, leveraging our lipidomics-driven synthesis capabilities to overcome the limitations of conventional formulation technologies. We have established preclinical proof-of-concept in both small molecules and peptides and are expanding collaborative research and licensing partnerships with domestic pharmaceutical companies. Going forward, we aim to pursue global co-development and licensing opportunities based on our proprietary lipid technologies

SNAP Technology™ is Curiosa Bioscience’s proprietary platform based on Lipid?Linker?API constructs, designed to precisely control the physicochemical properties and in vivo behavior of therapeutic molecules. By analyzing key API characteristics such as charge, hydrophobicity, molecular size, reactive functional groups, and target pharmacokinetic profiles, SNAP combines these with optimized lipid head groups, carbon chains, linker structures, and self-assembly properties to modulate drug release, stability, absorption, targeting, and systemic retention. The platform is being applied to long-acting injectables, oral peptide delivery, targeted drug delivery, and lipid-based drug discovery.
