Product Name : BOLH-1: A novel natural product extract to improve vascular and metabolic health via seletive inhibition of PDGF signalingBOLH-1 is a natural product-based material technology designed to selectively modulate overactivated PDGF signaling following vascular endothelial injury, thereby helping normalize excessive migration and proliferation of vascular smooth muscle cells associated with phenotypic switching. By targeting pathological processes implicated in atherosclerosis, vascular stenosis, and atherosclerotic plaque formation, BOLH-1 has shown potential to attenuate neointimal hyperplasia and improve blood flow in animal studies. Improvements in fatty liver-related findings and body weight were also observed.
