Exhibitor Information
ATG Lifetech is a life science research and analytical services company supporting molecular biology, next-generation sequencing (NGS), and organoid-based drug response and toxicity studies.
We carry out the entire process in-house from the development and manufacture of RNA-seq library preparation reagents through bioinformatics analysis and data management. By keeping the full workflow internal, we minimize variation introduced by external factors and deliver data generated under consistent conditions across a project.
Our in-house reagents are designed to produce libraries reliably from very small sample inputs, reducing operator-to-operator and batch-to-batch variation and supporting reproducible data.
From organoid and MPS (microphysiological system) based assessment to biomarker discovery research and the evaluation of 3D bioprinting materials, we provide analytical services matched to the stage and purpose of each study.

Exhibit Description
ATG Lifetech applies transcriptome analysis to MPS and organoid models used in NAMs, enabling molecular-level assessment of batch-to-batch reproducibility. On this basis, we built a platform supporting drug response and toxicity evaluation. By integrating transcriptomic with phenotypic data, we provide a clear basis for interpreting internal biological changes and strengthening confidence in evaluation results.
Using in-house manufactured NAMs-dedicated RNA-seq reagents, we minimize operator and lot-to-lot variations to deliver consistent data. This supports technical characterization at the gene expression level and provides vital data for evaluating human biological relevance and fit-for-purpose.

Individual Exhibit/Technology Introduction (Detailed)

Product Name : RTAG™ mRNA Library Prep kitOur in-house library prep kit supports RNA inputs from 1 μg (tissue) down to 10 pg (single-cell), delivering stable transcriptomic profiles regardless of sample amount. Using this kit, we successfully generated data across 11 models, including 5 organoids (cardiac, brain, muscle) and 6 MPS (vascular, kidney, fat chips). We proved superior performance in QC, batch reproducibility, toxicity/efficacy assessment, MoA elucidation, and PBPK modeling. Recognized for this technology, we supply kits and execute joint research with various institutions. Furthermore, as an exclusive ODM supplier of dedicated reagents to a global single-cell multiomics company, our kit is used worldwide demonstrating our strong reagent development and supply capabilities.

Product Name : Batch-to-Batch Reproducibility QC ServiceIn collaboration with ACROBiosystems, a global provider of GMP-grade growth factors, we evaluated batch-to-batch reproducibility in cardiac organoids. Through individual transcriptomic profiling across different lots, we assessed intra- and inter-batch similarity. Comparative analysis with human organ data validated a high degree of human biological relevance. We also applied transcriptomic analysis to muscle organoids from Ajou University, confirming intra- and inter-batch reproducibility alongside biological similarity to human muscle tissue at the gene expression level. This batch-to-batch reproducibility QC technology serves as a quantitative evaluation method applicable not only to organoids and organ-on-chips, but also to product release criteria for cell therapy products.

Product Name : Drug Toxicity and Mechanism of Action (MoA) ProfilingIn collaboration with the Department of Nephrology at Seoul National University Bundang Hospital, we are developing a transcriptome-based kidney toxicity assessment assay using a kidney-on-a-chip model. Rather than relying solely on conventional IC50 measurements for various drugs, we integrate transcriptomic profiling to interpret cell-type-specific responses such as those of tubular epithelial cells and vascular endothelial cells at the molecular level. This approach enables robust evaluation of drug efficacy and toxicity, as well as comprehensive Mechanism of Action (MoA) analysis.

Product Name : Human Organoid Standardization & Validation Kit/ServiceWe provide transcriptome-based analytical results that determine whether models mimicking various human organs including the liver, heart, muscle, adipose tissue, and kidney possess characteristics similar to actual human organs. Leveraging our comprehensive in-house expertise and capabilities, we enable you to verify the human biological relevance of your developed models. This transcriptomic analysis technology quantitatively validates model maturity and biological similarity, offering robust scientific evidence to support their potential for human organ substitution.
