Connects is a company working to make AI-driven drug discovery (AIDD) actually work at the bench. New AI models are released every month, yet most never reach researchers ? installation, coding, and infrastructure stand in the way. Connects started from that problem.
Our team; drug discovery researchers grounded in structural biology, clinical and business development specialists, and antibody and data science experts works to remove that barrier. We validate the AI tools scattered across drug discovery and bring them together into one place, so that researchers can run them directly and see the results for themselves. The outcome is Curieus, a digital laboratory. Today it is used by research teams across universities and research institutes, biotech startups, and pharmaceutical companies, each applying it to their own work.

Exhibit Description
Curieus puts drug discovery AI directly in the hands of researchers. Three things define it.
① No code, no infrastructure, It runs in the browser: no install, no coding, no GPU setup. 80+ SOTA models ? Boltz (structure), RFantibody (antibody design), DynamicBind (docking), GROMACS (dynamics), ADMET ? through an interface built for researchers, not developers.
② AI Agent: Enter purpose of the study, and the Agent picks tools and parameters, runs them, and organizes the results; work can begin without knowing which model to use or in what order.
③ Validation by dynamic simulation: Static design output is re-examined by simulation, leaving only candidates that hold up under realistic conditions.
