Exhibit Description
Vaxcell-Bio's core technology enables large-scale expansion (avg. 300-fold) and high-purity (>=85%) culture of autologous NK cells. Its lead product, VCB-1102 (Vax-NK), combines NK cell infusion with hepatic arterial infusion chemotherapy (HAIC) to deliver high-dose, high-purity NK cells directly to tumor tissue. In a Phase 2a trial in advanced hepatocellular carcinoma, it achieved a 68.75% objective response rate and 24.05-month median overall survival, and is being expanded to small cell lung and pancreatic cancer. The pipeline also includes VCB-1201 (BCMA CAR-MILs) for multiple myeloma and VCB-1204, a dual-targeting (EphA2/PD-L1) CAR-T for solid tumors, both in preclinical development. Clinical materials are manufactured in-house at Vaxcell-Bio's own GMP facility.

NK cells from a patient's own blood are expanded ~300-fold and cultured to ≥85% purity, then combined with hepatic arterial infusion chemotherapy (HAIC; 5-FU and cisplatin) ? a proprietary method delivering high-dose, high-purity NK cells directly to tumor tissue. In a Phase 2a trial (2024) in advanced hepatocellular carcinoma, it achieved a 68.75% objective response rate, 100% disease control rate, 16.82-month median time to progression, and 24.05-month median overall survival, outperforming standard-of-care regimens. As an autologous therapy, immune rejection risk is minimal, and it combines well with existing treatments. Research is underway to expand into small cell lung and pancreatic cancer.

Product Name : VCB-1201 (BCMA CAR-MILs)VCB-1201 is Vaxcell-Bio's BCMA-targeted CAR-MILs (Chimeric Antigen Receptor-Marrow Infiltrating Lymphocytes) cell therapy for multiple myeloma. Unlike conventional CAR-T made from peripheral blood T cells, VCB-1201 uses bone marrow-derived T cells (MILs), which adapt better to the tumor microenvironment, form abundant tumor-antigen-specific memory T cells for multi-antigen recognition, and reduce relapse from antigen escape.
