PostAlign is a healthcare AI company that turns scattered medical data into evidence usable at the point of care. We focus on rare cancers, where limited case volume leaves standard treatment poorly defined.
Our product, My Case Scan, is a clinical decision support solution for oncologists. Given a patient case, it presents published evidence, current domestic approval and reimbursement status, and the treatment course of comparable patients on a single screen. When the evidence is insufficient, the system does not hide the gap. It reports what remains unverified, so clinicians see both the basis and the limits of a recommendation.
Built on a regulatory layer reflecting Korean approval and reimbursement criteria, together with a multi-institutional retrospective cohort, My Case Scan is designed to reduce the time clinicians spend re-checking evidence.

My Case Scan is a clinical decision support solution that assembles evidence for oncology questions.
Given a patient case, it returns four things in parallel: a summary of published evidence, Korean approval and reimbursement status from HIRA sources, treatment courses of comparable patients, and trials recruiting in Korea. Literature and cohort evidence are never merged; where they diverge is itself clinical information.
The system retrieves evidence by the patient's treatment state using an oncology ontology and graph structure, and separates verification authority across a multi-agent architecture to control response integrity. When no evidence matches the criteria, it reports why rather than returning an empty result.
Two related technologies are under patent application.

Product Name : My Case ScanMy Case Scan gathers, in one question, what oncologists otherwise look up across separate sources when choosing systemic therapy. Paste a clinical note and a question, and five things appear on one screen: published evidence retrieved against the case, Korean approval and reimbursement status compared at the regimen level, treatment courses of similar patients from a cohort, recruiting trials, and OncoCircle, where an anonymized case can be sent to colleagues elsewhere. Cited papers link to the source, and similar studies are compared by survival endpoint. Each regimen shows reimbursement status, therapy code, and whether prior approval is required. When evidence is thin, it reports what still needs checking. It does not make the decision. It gathers what has to be checked.
