Through the Endosafe® portfolio, we offer the nexgen-PTS™, a portable endotoxin testing system, the nexgen-MCS™ multi-cartridge endotoxin testing system, the PRS 3™ 96-well microplate spectrophotometer, and the Nexus 200™ automated endotoxin testing platform. We also support sustainable endotoxin testing through recombinant endotoxin reagent (rCR) solutions that eliminate the use of animal-derived components. Product Name : Endosafe® nexgen-PTS™Copilot said: Endosafe® nexgen-PTS™ is a portable endotoxin testing system that utilizes FDA-approved LAL cartridges. It complies with USP/EP Bacterial Endotoxin Test (BET) requirements and enables rapid testing using as little as 25 μL of sample. Standard curves and Positive Product Controls (PPC) are pre-loaded within each cartridge, eliminating the need for reagent preparation and standard curve generation while minimizing user-to-user variability and ensuring consistent results. In addition, the system supports 21 CFR Part 11 compliance and integrates with the Cortex™ data management platform, making it an efficient solution for endotoxin testing in both quality control (QC) laboratories and manufacturing environments.

Product Name : Celsis Adapt™Celsis Adapt™ is a concentration system designed to prepare cell-containing samples for rapid microbial testing using the Celsis® ATP bioluminescence platform. The system removes cells, cell debris, and background ATP, enabling improved detection of microbial contamination in cell-based products and manufacturing samples. Compatible with both Celsis Accel® and Celsis Advance II™ instruments, Adapt™ can be used for bioburden, microbial limit, and sterility testing applications.
