Exhibit Description
LOCAT™ is an automated multi-organ cell-culture platform for preclinical efficacy and toxicity evaluation. It combines the LOCAT-Pro automation instrument, ready-to-use LOCAT-W ECM kits, and an AI data-analysis layer. Once a kit is loaded, LOCAT-Pro performs drug injection, biomimetic perfusion, and scheduled sampling unattended for 100+ hours, reducing operator variability and delivering reproducible, analysis-ready data. It connects up to six organ models for 90+ days (target), enabling chronic and repeat-dose studies, and scales throughput across 4/8/16 channels (modular STACK). Aligned with the shift to New Approach Methodologies (NAM), LOCAT reduces and complements animal testing and improves R&D efficiency for CROs, pharma, biotech, and academia.
