The company began its business by supplying high-pressure dispersers and homogenizers from the Italian firm BERTOLI. Exhibit Description
C&G Unity Co., Ltd. supplies dispersion, grinding, separation, and drying equipment required for the entire pharmaceutical and biotechnology process in collaboration with European partners. Bertoli's high-pressure homogenizers utilize ultra-high pressures of up to 4,000 bar to lyse cells and secure intracellular active substances, homogenize liposome and vaccine formulations, and improve the physical properties of syrups and ointments. SCHEDIO's jet mills and pin mills are used for the fine grinding and particle size control of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs), while TECOMA's industrial dryers and spray dryers are utilized in pulverization and drying processes.

Product Name : High Pressure HomogenizerA high pressure homogenizer is a machine that disperses, homogenizes, emulsifies, and wet-mills particles. It can disperse particles as small as microns up to tens of nanometers. Bertoli's high pressure disperser uses three piston pumps to force the sample through a nano-gap, exposing it to high pressure to disperse it. The pressure can be adjusted to high pressures of up to 4000 bar, and there is a wide range of models with adjustable throughput from 3 to 80,000 liters per hour. In addition, the critical components can be changed per sample and per application to achieve the desired properties.

Product Name : colloid millA colloid mill is a wet milling equipment that disperses, homogenizes and grinds particles up to several hundred microns and beyond. The reduction of the sample is achieved by a stator and rotor with specially designed triple blades. The gap between the stator and rotor can be adjusted from a maximum of 400um to a minimum of 50um, allowing the user to control the particle size to the desired degree. Models are available for discharge rates from 3,000 liters per hour up to 25,000 liters per hour.
