The Council for Advanced Regenerative Medicine (CARM) is Korea’s leading industry platform for regenerative medicine, accelerating R&D investment and the development and commercialization of innovative therapies to raise global competitiveness. In close collaboration with government, CARM advances policy and regulatory reform?including amendments to the Advanced Regenerative Bio Act?and operates investment-linkage programs such as the CARM Open Innovation Investment Conference. Through partnerships with ARM, ISCT, Biocom California, and AACR, we provide members with regulatory, clinical, and commercialization guidance and practical pathways for global expansion. Anchored by a mission to improve public health, CARM builds an innovation ecosystem and advocates demand-driven policies. Working with cross-ministerial initiatives, we connect capital, technology, and talent, and deliver training, seminars, and consulting that strengthen regulatory science, clinical, and quality capabilities.
