The Osong Medical Innovation Foundation (KBIOHealth), under Korea’s Ministry of Health and Welfare, provides full-cycle support for biopharmaceutical and advanced regenerative medicine R&D, GMP manufacturing, and clinical trials. Since 2019, the Human Resources Development Division has offered tailored training using GMP-like facilities and advanced equipment for students, professionals, researchers, and global trainees. Emphasizing hands-on, practice-based education, KBIOHealth is preparing the establishment of the K-BIO Training Center to become a global hub for nurturing next-generation bio talent.

This training program provides hands-on experience in the entire manufacturing process of cell therapy products, from cell culture using human-derived mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) to manufacturing and quality control. It is also designed to offer practical exposure to automated cell processing technologies in a realistic training environment.
