The Health New Excellent Technology(NET) Certification grants certification marks to technologies developed domestically for the first time in the fields of pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, medical sciences, cosmetics, medical devices, traditional medicine, and food hygiene. It identifies and certifies the excellence of new technologies developed by domestic companies, research institutions, and universities at an early stage, promotes the commercialization of these technologies, and facilitates technology transactions.
