The Radiation Emergency Medical Center prepares for radiation accidents, operating the Radiation Impact Clinic for exposure assessments and medical exams, while educating residents near nuclear plants.
In December 2023, DIRAMS opened the Radiomedical Commercialization Center to advance cancer treatments through the fusion of radiology and biology, serving as a platform to accelerate research commercialization and train physician-scientists.
