Company Introduction
C&SR Inc. has developed a human CD34+ HSC humanized mouse platform to enter the bio market. Existing competing products have limitations in accurately replicating the human immune system, as the distribution rate of human CD45 positive cells in the peripheral blood of mice is only around 30~60%. However, C&SR offers a platform optimized for evaluating the human immune system by raising this distribution rate to over 80%. Additionally, this platform minimizes immune rejection caused by graft-versus-host disease (GvHD) and maintains a mouse survival rate of over 95%, providing a technological advantage. As a result, it offers the optimal platform for improving safety and efficacy in translational clinical research.
