CNC-101 (Bacteria-based Cancer Immunotherapy) is an immunotherapy that uses attenuated Salmonella typhimurium strains to target tumor micro environment and induce a robust response in both innate and adaptive immunity. This therapy selectively target tumors, attacking cancer cells while forming long-term immune memory to prevent recurrence. CNC-101 is currently being produced in a cGMP-certified CDMO facility, with preparations underway for global clinical trials. In addition to this, CNC-201 (Radiopharmaceutical for Diagnosing Malignant Melanoma) is an innovative diagnostic tool using radiopharmaceuticals to non-invasively visualize malignant melanoma with high resolution.
